I think it's pretty safe to say this guy parked in such a manor because he doesn't want his very nice car to get dinged.  And honestly, who can blame him?  After all, who's he really hurting?  Only OCD people, and I'm just the kind of guy that would probably park my clunker right next to his door JUST because he parked like that!  The simple truth is that this guy has no excuse really; there is a Ferrari that comes to our Sams' Club every so often, and is easily worth over $150,000 if not more.  It's in amazing condition and the owner of said Ferrari has BRAVELY (or maybe foolishly?) parked his Ferrari RIGHT next to the cart corral (some fun facts, I just spent five minutes looking up how to spell 'corral')!!  If a Ferrari can park right next to the single most dangerous place in a parking lot, I don't think this guy can say anything.  Especially considering the excellent physical condition the Ferrari was in!

I am not @$#%ing picking on handicap people, this has nothing to do with their disability, and I realize I can be in their very same situation one day, but they have a driver's license which is supposed to mean they can opperate a vehicle and getting your car in a parking spot successfully kind of falls under this category! Fluidic Energy promises better, cheaper metal-air batteries, wins DoE grant

It's not the only company working on metal-air batteries, but Scottsdale, Arizona-based Fluidic Energy may be in a better position to deliver on its promises than most, as it's just managed to snag a $5.13 million research grant from the US Department of Energy to further develop the "breakthrough" technology. While that word's thrown around quite a bit these, in the case, it may actually live up to the hype, considering that breakthrough in question would be a battery that's able to deliver eleven times the energy density of the best lithium-ion batteries for less than one-third of the cost. The key to that, it seems, is the battery's use of an ionic liquid as its electrolyte, which is described as a "wonder fluid" since it's able to last significantly longer than other fluids because drying out isn't a problem, and because it brings with it a significant boost in energy density. Of course, the company still apparently doesn't have an actual battery to back up its claims just yet, and it's not making any promises about when it might deliver one either.

No longer reading comments;

I realized something the other day about the comments I've been getting; a lot of them are made by flat out ignorant people that most likely park like many of the people's cars in these pictures everyday. That's not the problem though, the problem is that this pisses me off to no end and makes me want to inflict injuries on said people. Since this is both illegal, and impossible for me, I have no way to vent and therefore it is hazardous to my health.

That being said, I'll no longer be reading comments so if you think you're telling me off, or "setting me strait"...well you're not. You're just wasting time and energy, but if it makes you feel better then by all means tell me how "stupid" I am.

As for positive comments; Please keep these coming, as even though I won't be able to read them, it will almost definitely piss off the people that foolishly criticize me and just knowing that they're pissed off puts a smile on my face.

Oh oh oh man, I hate this driver so much. I watched this pathetic excuse for a parking job take place. The asshole pulls strait in, just like that, makes NO attempt to straiten out the car, and leaves it parked like that. Then both the passenger and driver hop out of the car, and walk to the entrance and go inside without so much as a limp! They're human garbage as far as I'm concerned!

So I'm sitting here looking at this picture, trying my best to figure out how this could of happened. Surely they would have noticed such a messed up parking job. It can be difficult sometimes to tell if you're strait or in the lines, but there's a line (metaphorically speaking) that when crossed, you're just gonna freaking know. Last game at yankee stadium

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize that today, Sunday, September 21, 2008 is the day of the last game ever to be held at Yankee Stadium. I've never really cared too much about baseball, but my mom loves it, and I won't deny that it is sad, even to me. My mom and sister are really the only reason I know anything about this, and they were lucky enough to be able to attend all six games of the Yankee's next to last home stand. They also went on a stadium tour and saw Yogi Berra taping that commercial they've been playing about the stadium. The images shown above are of Yogi Berra and a camera crew and were taken during the tour.
